INGREDIENTI
Beans
- 🌱 55g canned mixed beans
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Liquid
- 💧 200ml water
- 🥛 200ml unsweetened soy milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp consomme
Herbs
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
PASSI
Dice the onion into 1cm cubes and slice the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a small pot over medium heat, add bacon and onion, and sauté until the onion becomes tender.
Add mixed beans, water, and consomme. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Add soy milk, salt, and pepper to adjust the flavor. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
