- 🍗 700g chicken wings
- 1 cup potato starch
- 🥛 500ml milk
- 🧂 A pinch of herb salt
- 3 cups cooking oil
- 🌰 2 tbsp almond powder
Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 1/2 cup water
PASSI
Clean the chicken wings and soak them in milk to remove odor. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Rinse the chicken wings and season with herb salt. Let them marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Place potato starch in a plastic bag, add the marinated chicken wings, and shake to coat evenly. Shake off excess starch.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated chicken wings until golden brown. Use medium heat to cook evenly without burning.
Let the fried chicken wings cool slightly before frying them again in hot oil for a short time.
Prepare the soy sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened.
Add the fried chicken wings to the sauce and coat them quickly.
Sprinkle almond powder over the coated chicken wings and serve.
