INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 140g horse mackerel (filleted)
Vegetables
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red paprika, sliced
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- As needed salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce koji
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 💧 150ml water
PASSI
Slice the onion, green pepper, and red paprika into thin strips.
Coat the horse mackerel fillets with potato starch evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the mackerel fillets until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce koji, sugar, vinegar, sliced chili, and water to create the marinade.
Place the fried mackerel and sliced vegetables into the marinade bowl.
Let the dish marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
