INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 300g rice cake slices
- 🌭 5 Vienna sausages
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, sliced
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 0.7 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 2/3 cup water
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Rinse frozen rice cakes with water and soak them in hot water for 5 minutes.
Slice Vienna sausages into 3–4 pieces, slice onion thinly, and cut green onion diagonally.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, sesame oil, water, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry rice cakes, onion, sausages, and green onion for 2–3 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and let it simmer until the rice cakes absorb the flavor and the sauce thickens.
Serve the soy sauce rice cake stir-fry warm.
