INGREDIENTI

- 40 pieces fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSI
Blanch all 40 pieces of fish cake in boiling water.
Slice the green onion and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion and onion until golden brown.
Add 20 pieces of blanched fish cake and 1 tbsp sugar to the pan. Stir-fry until golden brown.
Push the fish cake to one side of the pan and add 2 tbsp soy sauce to the center. Stir-fry with the fish cake until well combined.
Reduce heat to low and add 1 tsp corn syrup. Stir-fry until evenly coated.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds. Mix well to finish the soy sauce stir-fried fish cake.
Repeat steps 1–5, but replace soy sauce with 1 tbsp gochujang for the spicy version.
For the gochujang version, add 1 tbsp corn syrup instead of 1 tsp for a sweeter taste. Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well to finish.
