INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 small can of Spam
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
- A small amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2/3 cup water
PASSI
Cut Spam into stick shapes and blanch briefly in hot water.
Pan-fry the blanched Spam in a heated pan without oil.
Slice green onion finely and thinly slice the onion. Use half an onion if it's too large.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, and water until the sugar dissolves completely.
Beat 2 eggs to create egg mixture.
In a pot, add onion and the soy sauce mixture. Cook until the onion turns translucent, then place the Spam on top.
When the sauce reduces slightly, pour the egg mixture around the Spam without stirring.
Sprinkle green onion on top, then serve the mixture over rice.
