INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 50g Spam, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 50g shredded chicken breast
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 70ml water
PASSI
Slice the Spam into long strips, shred the chicken breast, slice the onion, and chop the green onion.
Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl with a pinch of salt.
Blanch the Spam in boiling water for 40 seconds to reduce saltiness, then drain and pat dry.
Pan-fry the Spam and shredded chicken breast in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat until golden brown.
Remove the Spam and chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the sliced onion in 2 tbsp of oil over high heat until translucent.
Reduce heat to low and add soy sauce, sugar, and water to the pan. Stir and simmer for 1 minute.
Return the Spam and chicken to the pan, stirring to coat them evenly with the sauce.
Pour the beaten eggs in a circular motion over the ingredients and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
Serve the mixture over steamed rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
