INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 can spam
- 🥚 8 eggs
- 4 sheets seaweed
Soy Sauce Mixture
- 💧 4 parts water
- 1 part soy sauce
- 🍬 1 part sugar
PASSI
Slice the spam into 8 equal pieces.
Beat 2 eggs and cook them into a thin omelet in a rectangular pan.
Place the spam slices on a heated pan and pour the soy sauce mixture over them. Simmer until the sauce is absorbed.
Layer the omelet and spam slices together, cutting them to equal sizes.
Line a spam can with plastic wrap and press cooked rice into the mold.
Add the omelet and soy sauce-glazed spam on top of the rice, then press more rice over it.
Carefully remove the plastic wrap and wrap the musubi with a strip of seaweed.
Slice the musubi into serving portions and pack them into a lunchbox.
