INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 large potatoes
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (5cm piece)
- 2 green chilies
Protein
- 1/3 piece ham (5cm)
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🌰 Pinch of sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut potatoes, carrots, and ham into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasoning mix using all listed ingredients except black pepper and sesame seeds.
Heat a pan with cooking oil over medium-low heat and sauté the vegetables.
When potatoes turn slightly translucent, add the prepared seasoning and stir-fry briefly.
Add 1 cup of water and cover the pan. Simmer over medium-low heat.
After 5 minutes, add sliced green chilies and continue cooking on low heat.
Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finish with black pepper and sesame seeds.
