INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🌭 250g sausages
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. If using Vienna sausages, make small cuts on them.
Blanch the sausages in boiling water briefly and drain the water.
Mix all sauce ingredients together to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Heat a frying pan with 5 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry the sausages until crispy.
Remove excess oil from the pan using a paper towel.
Lower the heat, add the sauce to the pan, and stir-fry the sausages until coated and cooked through.
