INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 600g beef for soup
- 1 small radish, sliced
- 🧅 4 stalks green onion, sliced
- 1-2 green chili peppers, sliced
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
PASSI
Slice the radish into flat, bite-sized pieces.
Cut the green onions into 5 cm pieces.
Slice the green chili peppers diagonally.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef over medium heat.
Add the sliced radish to the pot and continue stir-frying.
Add chili powder and green onions, stir until chili oil is released.
Pour water generously into the pot and increase the heat to high.
Add minced garlic to the soup.
Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Simmer until radish and green onions are tender.
Check the radish for tenderness and adjust salt if necessary. Serve hot.
