INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 1 kg chicken
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- A few dashes of black pepper
PASSI
Blanch the chicken briefly in boiling water without washing it beforehand.
Cut the potatoes, onion, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse the blanched chicken, then place it in a pot with potatoes, onion, and enough water to cover. Add the seasoning ingredients.
Simmer for 20 minutes, then add the green onion and continue cooking. Serve hot for a spicy and flavorful stew.
