- 🍄 2 packs enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSI
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms slightly, keeping the stems attached.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil to create the sauce.
Place the enoki mushrooms in large pieces onto a wide pan.
Drizzle sesame oil lightly over the mushrooms.
Spread the prepared sauce over the mushrooms evenly.
Cook the mushrooms on medium-low heat, flipping occasionally.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve.
