INGREDIENTI
Essential Ingredients
- 🥓 300g pork belly
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧄 8 cloves garlic
- 2 green chili peppers
Marinade Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Slice the green chili peppers thinly, cut the green onion diagonally, and chop the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the pork belly with the marinade ingredients and let it sit for a few minutes.
In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients to make the sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add oil, and stir-fry the garlic and pork belly.
Once the garlic is golden, add the sauce to the pan and stir-fry.
When the pork is fully cooked, add the green onion and chili peppers, stir-fry briefly, and serve.
