INGREDIENTI

- 1 can sea snails
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1 onion
Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving noodles
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Slice the onion and peel and slice the cucumber.
Drain the sea snails and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, sugar, vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
Mix the sea snails, cucumber, and onion with the prepared seasoning.
Boil the noodles for 3 minutes.
Serve the salad and noodles on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds if available.
