INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 1 piece chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A dash of sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Prepare the king oyster mushrooms by cutting them in half. Tear the chicken breast into strips. Boil water, add 1 tsp salt, and blanch the mushrooms for 30–40 seconds. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Shred the boiled chicken breast into strips.
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Mix all the seasonings to create the sauce. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
Heat a pan on high heat. Add the blanched mushrooms and shredded chicken breast. Pour the sauce over and mix well. Add 2–3 tbsp water to the sauce bowl, mix, and pour into the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Sprinkle sliced green onions and sesame seeds on top. Serve hot.
