INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 300g chicken neck
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 1.5 tbsp water
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 3 Vietnamese chilies
PASSI
Wash the chicken neck thoroughly.
Place the washed chicken neck in a bowl.
Add rice wine, salt, and black pepper to the chicken neck and mix well.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, oyster sauce, water, and vinegar to make the sauce.
Chop the onion finely.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken neck over high heat.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Once the sauce boils, add chopped onion and Vietnamese chilies, and continue cooking over high heat.
Add the stir-fried chicken neck back into the pan and mix well over high heat.
