INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms, halved
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 3cm pieces
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate by hand. Cut the chives into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the enoki mushrooms and chives to the pan. Stir-fry until softened, then add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and doubanjiang). Mix well.
Add the potato starch mixed with water to the pan. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
