INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
- 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, cut into sticks
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Thickener
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp starch
PASSI
Place firm tofu on a paper towel-lined microwave-safe dish and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes to remove excess water. Cut into 16 thin square pieces.
Cut cucumber into 4 equal lengths, then slice each into sticks. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, massage, and drain excess water.
Chop the green onion into coarse pieces.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan, then add sliced pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add grated ginger, doubanjiang, and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the green onion softens.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce) and cucumber. Mix well.
When cucumber becomes slightly translucent, add tofu and heat through. Thicken with water-starch mixture and serve.
