- 600g pork shoulder or front leg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 🥕 1 small carrot, julienned

- 100g rice cakes
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of ginger powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧅 A small amount of minced onion
PASSI
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and let it rest in the refrigerator for a deeper flavor.
In a pan, stir-fry the pork over high heat until partially cooked.
Add the prepared sauce to the pork and stir-fry until well combined.
Add the vegetables and rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
