INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 2 sausages
- 100g rice cakes
- 60g kimchi
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 2 chilies
- 1 piece green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- A pinch of dashida
- A pinch of oyster sauce
- A pinch of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of vegetable oil
PASSI
Slice sausages, onion, chilies, and green onion. Prepare rice cakes by soaking and blanching them briefly in boiling water.
Soak glass noodles in water or blanch them briefly if not soaked long enough.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add kimchi and stir-fry together with the garlic and onion.
Add the remaining ingredients (sausages, chilies, and green onion) and stir-fry together.
Season with sugar, dashida, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooking wine. Adjust to taste.
Add chili powder and ground black pepper for extra spice.
Add the blanched rice cakes and stir-fry until well combined.
Add the soaked glass noodles and season them with soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Combine all ingredients and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Add water if the dish feels too dry.
