INGREDIENTI
Kongbul Ingredients
- 🌱 300g soybean sprouts
- 🥩 470g sliced beef brisket
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- 🧅 1 medium onion
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Universal Dak Galbi Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
PASSI
Combine all the Universal Dak Galbi Sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well to create the sauce.
Slice the onion into 0.5cm thick pieces and cut the green onions into 5cm lengths, then halve them lengthwise.
Place the cleaned soybean sprouts in a large pot, forming a mound.
Layer the green onions, onions, and sliced beef brisket on top of the soybean sprouts in that order.
Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients. Start with 2/3 of the sauce, taste, and adjust as needed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and cook over medium heat.
Once the vegetables release moisture, mix the ingredients well with the sauce and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
