INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices ham
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bunch spinach
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 300ml milk
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- Black pepper to taste
PASSI
Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces. Trim the roots off the spinach, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Cool it in water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 3cm pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add the spaghetti, and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add the ham and spinach, and sauté over medium heat briefly.
Add the flour to the pan and stir until the flour is no longer powdery. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Add the salt and consomme to the sauce, mix well, then add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat. Serve on plates and sprinkle with black pepper.
