INGREDIENTI
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (400g)
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 120g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach
- 100g kimchi
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Spinach Seasoning
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Tuna Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
PASSI
Cut spinach into 4–5 cm pieces, kimchi into 1 cm strips, and tuna into 1 cm cubes.
Place spinach in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool under running water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix spinach seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add spinach, and adjust taste with salt.
Mix tuna seasoning ingredients in another bowl, add tuna, and combine well.
Assemble the bibimbap by layering rice, seasoned spinach, seasoned tuna, and kimchi in a bowl. Top with soft-boiled eggs and sprinkle sesame seeds.
