INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🍤 300g shrimp
- a small amount of olive oil
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 a small amount of salt
- a small amount of black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 red chili, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
PASSI
Slice the green onion and mince the red chili.
Marinate the shrimp with rice wine, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic.
Add the shrimp and sauce ingredients to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the spinach and stir-fry lightly. Sprinkle with green onion before serving.
