INGREDIENTI

- 6 leaves (210g) spring cabbage
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seafood
- 2 tbsp chirimen jako
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Place dried wakame in a bowl and soak it in plenty of water to rehydrate. Squeeze out excess water.
Tear the spring cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add chirimen jako, and stir-fry over low heat until lightly browned. Add soy sauce and stir to combine, then remove from heat.
Arrange the spring cabbage and wakame on a plate, then drizzle the stir-fried jako mixture on top.
