- 1 pack (100g) salad chicken
- 100g spring chrysanthemum
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Trim the root of the spring chrysanthemum and separate the stems from the leaves. Slice the stems thinly at an angle and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Shred the salad chicken into small pieces by hand.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil). Add the spring chrysanthemum and mix well. Then add the shredded salad chicken and white sesame seeds, mixing thoroughly.
