INGREDIENTI
Wrapper
- 2 spring roll wrappers
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Tuna Mayo
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour Mixture
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Mince the onion finely.
Mix the tuna, minced onion, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in a bowl to make tuna mayo.
Place tuna mayo on the spring roll wrapper and form a circular border. Crack an egg into the center. Fold the edges inward and seal with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for the second wrapper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the wrapped galette seam-side down and fry until crispy. Flip and cook until lightly browned.
