INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid (300g)
Tofu
- 1 block fried tofu (200g)
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 A pinch of sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
PASSI
Remove the squid's innards and cartilage. Cut off the tentacles below the eyes and remove the beak. Clean the suction cups by scraping them off with your fingers in a bowl of water.
Extract the contents of the squid's innards into a bowl, add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, curry powder), and mix well.
Wash the squid body and tentacles under running water and pat dry. Slice the body into 1cm strips and cut the tentacles into uniform lengths.
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the squid and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the squid changes color, add the fried tofu and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the seasoned squid innards mixture and stir quickly to combine.
Serve the stir-fry on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
