INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 1 squid
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (100g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tsp curry powder
Soup Base
- 400ml water
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Clean the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Remove the beak and suction cups from the tentacles.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 3 minutes. Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
Add the potato and stir-fry briefly. Add curry powder and sauté until aromatic.
Add the soup base ingredients (water, consomme, salt, pepper) and simmer with the lid on for 5–6 minutes until the potato is tender. Add the squid and cherry tomatoes, and cook until the squid is fully cooked.
