INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 pack maitake mushroom (100g)
Condiments
- 2 pickled plums
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧄 A pinch grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch salt
PASSI
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken in a plastic bag, add the seasonings (sake, sugar, garlic, salt), and massage well. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Slice the green onion diagonally into 5mm pieces. Separate the maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces. Remove the pits from the pickled plums and cut them into large chunks.
Layer the green onion in a deep microwave-safe container. Place the marinated chicken on top, scatter the pickled plums, and cover with maitake mushrooms. Drizzle mirin and soy sauce over the top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
