    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1 tsp salt
    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 550ml dashi stock
  • Toppings

    • 1 piece julienned ginger
    • 2 myoga thinly sliced
    • 🧅 3 stalks chopped green onion
    • 3 leaves julienned shiso
