INGREDIENTI
Main
- 300g firm tofu
- 150g ground chicken
- 55g minced green onion
- 15g kaiware sprouts
- potato starch as needed
- 100cc water
Seasoning for Meat Mixture
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Mince the green onion and cut the kaiware sprouts in half lengthwise.
Cut the tofu horizontally in half, then divide each half into four equal pieces.
Mix ground chicken, minced green onion, and the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a bowl until sticky.
Coat the cut surface of the tofu with potato starch and evenly distribute the meat mixture on top of each piece, making 8 portions.
Place the tofu pieces in a frying pan with the meat side up. Add water, cover, and steam over low heat for 10–11 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
Drain excess water, plate the tofu, drizzle with the sauce (★), and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
