INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil

Cut the green pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and slice thinly.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, curry powder, and mayonnaise.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the bean sprouts and green pepper to the pan, stir-fry until softened, then add the mixed seasoning and stir quickly.
