INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 200g nanohana (rapeseed greens)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
PASSI
Trim the root ends of the nanohana and cut them in half lengthwise.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and grated garlic, stir-frying until the beef changes color.
Add nanohana to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar) and stir-fry until well combined.
