INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 300g beef brisket or bulgogi
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🌿 100g chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp rice wine
- Pinch of ground pepper
PASSI
Prepare beef brisket or bulgogi and marinate with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, rice wine, sesame oil, and ground pepper.
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly under running water and drain.
Cut chives into appropriate lengths. Alternatively, you can use bok choy instead of chives.
Heat a pan and cook the marinated beef brisket until browned.
Add bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Season the bean sprouts with a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
Add chives and stir-fry on high heat to finish the dish.
