INGREDIENTI

- 🥬 200g cabbage, cut into 3cm pieces
Seafood
- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the canned mackerel. Stir and break it apart lightly.
Spread the cabbage evenly in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the cabbage becomes tender. Add salt and pepper, then mix well.
