INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Condiments
- 2 tsp salted kombu
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Oils and Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until softened.
Add the cabbage, drained tuna, and salted kombu to the pan. Stir-fry until the cabbage softens.
Mix in soy sauce and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
