- 🥬 1/4 cabbage, chopped

- 🐟 3 anchovy fillets, chopped

- Pinch of sliced chili

PASSI
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core. Slice the anchovy fillets into 1 cm pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add anchovies, cabbage, and sake, then stir-fry over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
