INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥬 120g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
Protein
- 🐟 100g canned tuna, drained
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/3 tbsp red pepper powder
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSI
Chop cabbage into 3-4cm pieces and separate layers for easy cooking.
Slice green onion, onion, and chili pepper into 1cm pieces.
Drain canned tuna lightly, without squeezing out all the oil.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
Add green onion and onion to the pan, increase heat to medium, and cook until onions turn translucent.
Add red pepper powder, cabbage, and chili pepper to the pan. Stir until evenly coated.
Pour in tuna and prepared sauce, then increase heat to high.
Stir-fry until sauce thickens and cabbage softens slightly.
Serve over rice and enjoy.
