INGREDIENTI

- 200g chicken gizzards
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
PASSI
Trim the white parts off the chicken gizzards and make several cuts into them. Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken gizzards, then stir-fry until cooked through.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Add chives, season with salt and pepper, and stir until evenly mixed. Serve immediately.
