INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Season both sides of the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken and potato starch in a plastic bag and coat evenly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook until both sides are browned. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Return the chicken to the pan, add the sauce ingredients, and cook until the sauce thickens while stirring.
