- 🦐 50g dried shrimp
- 🌰 30g mixed nuts
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🌿 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Prepare 50g dried shrimp without heads and 30g of your preferred nuts.
Shake off excess powder from the shrimp using a sieve.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and corn syrup to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and stir-fry the shrimp for 5 minutes until slightly pale.
Add the nuts to the pan and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
Spread the shrimp and nuts on parchment paper or a plate to cool slightly.
Simmer the seasoning sauce over low heat until it thickens like caramel, then mix in the shrimp and nuts.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish and serve warm or at room temperature.
