INGREDIENTI

- 🌭 4 sausages (80g)
Vegetable
- 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Condiment
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Cut off the stem of the eggplants and chop them into bite-sized pieces using a rolling cut method.
Slice the sausages diagonally into halves.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the eggplants, and stir-fry until they absorb the oil. Cover with a lid and steam-fry on low-medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the sausages to the pan and stir-fry until they develop a golden-brown color.
Add ketchup and a pinch of salt and pepper, then stir-fry until the ingredients are well coated and combined.
