- 10 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 rounds corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste sesame seeds
PASSI
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion and half an onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add corn syrup (2 rounds), soy sauce (3 tbsp), minced garlic (0.5 tbsp), and 2–3 tbsp water. Stir-fry over medium-low heat.
Turn off the heat, add 1 tbsp sesame oil, and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
