INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦑 200g squid
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 20g grated ginger
- 3 cabbage leaves, shredded
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Slice the onion, grate the ginger, and shred the cabbage.
Clean the squid by separating the body and tentacles, removing the internal organs and cartilage.
Cut the squid body into 1cm strips and clean the tentacles by removing the suction cups.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté the onion on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the squid and stir-fry until its color changes.
Mix in the seasoning ingredients and grated ginger, then stir-fry until well combined.
Serve the stir-fried squid with shredded cabbage on the side.
