INGREDIENTI
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Protein
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 200g spring cabbage
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp water
PASSI
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Tear spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce ingredients (water, sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic paste) and mix well. Bring to a boil, then push the ingredients to one side of the pan. Add glass noodles to the empty space and submerge them in the sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Remove the lid and drizzle sesame oil and the cornstarch mixture (cornstarch and water) into the pan. Stir quickly and increase heat to medium. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with a pinch of pepper.
