INGREDIENTI

- 4 green peppers (120g), sliced
Canned Goods
- 1 can mackerel in water (190g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Pinch of black pepper

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and slice them thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry gently to break it apart.
Add the sliced green peppers and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then stir-fry to combine evenly.
