INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 180g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Fermented
- 100g kimchi
Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Cut the potatoes into 1.5cm cubes, soak them in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Drain any excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the potatoes and kimchi to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, and pepper) and mix well. Finally, add the cheese and stir quickly until it melts.
