- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, sliced

Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
PASSI
Slice the bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and cut into thin strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add sliced pork, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Then add the seasonings and stir-fry until well combined.
